Refund/Exchange Policy

Due to the type of products we sell, there will be NO exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure that your name, phone number, shipping/billing address AND item(s) selection(s) are all correct PRIOR to submitting your order. If there is a problem with any of the previously mentioned information, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to contact us, via email (bradhousequality@gmail.com), as soon as possible so that we may ATTEMPT to correct the problem BEFORE the package is shipped. In the event that we are not able to fix any of the previously mentioned problems, we will not be liable for any shipped/lost packages or monies lost. We are NOT responsible for any lost or missing packages; please contact the package carrier and give them your confirmation number if any problems should arise. Furthermore, we do our very best to ensure that we package our products safely and securely to prevent any damages while your package is transit to you. With that said, ANY damages to the product(s) should be reported to and handled by the package carrier as we are not responsible for damages once your package has been shipped out of our inventory.
